LOLA & TAYLOR
Union Hotel | Los Alamos Wedding
Lola and Taylor got married at the historic 1880 Union Hotel, a place where cowboys and celebrities alike have congregated over the years. It is located in Los Alamos, a place known as a stagecoach stop back in 1876. The authentic exterior and interior was remodeled in 1972 to restore it to its former glory! They rented out the entire place. This venue is seriously a hidden gem. These Disney fans incorporated several nods to their favorite movies throughout the venue, with a focus on the movie Up. Their check in station included colorful balloons, and compasses to help guests find their seats. Guests were then met with servers offering their signature drinks of either “A Tale as Old as Time” or “Sleeping Beauty’s Spell”.
Their ceremony took place under a wrought iron gazebo in the gardens of the hotel with all their family and friends in attendance. After the ceremony, a mariachi band kicked off the cocktail hour and set the stage for an evening full of fun and dancing. Lola had the most beautiful dress, a mermaid dress with lace sleeves. Her bouquet was just as unique with roses and feathers. An especially touching moment of the day was Lola’s first look with her dad, they were all smiles.
